Hello, my name is Chris Kennedy. I moved to the Tampa Bay area in 1994. I am a USF alumni with concentrations in finance and economics. I have a passion for real estate and actively involve myself in local real estate groups, meetings and seminars. I am also a member of the Greater Association of Realtors. I am a firm believer that knowledge is power, especially when working with clients who are buying and selling their homes.
The locations that I specialize in are Brandon, Riverview, Ruskin, and Apollo Beach. I have previously worked for investment companies procuring properties in these locations. In addition to that, I own investment properties in these locations. I enjoy working with individuals looking to add real estate to their investment portfolios.
I believe that whether you are buying or selling, transparency and communication are key. I work diligently to make sure my clients walk away not only happy, but with the best deal possible. This is why I have teamed with Century 21 Beggins who have proven to be the market leader, time and time again. We stay on top of market trends and statistics so you know what’s going on today and in the future.
Have a question you need answered? I make myself available via phone, email and text.
Let me know what I can do for you. I hope to speak with you soon.
